Pranav Dalal co-founded Office Beacon LLC in 2001. Prior to Office Beacon LLC, Pranav held management positions at Fidelity Investments, one of the world’s largest financial institutions, and also served on its Global System steering committee. During the late 90’s dot-com era, Pranav held senior management positions with several internet start-ups primarily working with venture capitalists responsible for the launches of PC Mall and MacMall, ToyTime, eCost and several other entities.

Pranav has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and earned an MBA, specializing in strategic planning and marketing, from York University, Toronto, Canada.

Tina Patel is a co-founder of Office Beacon LLC. Tina oversees Office Beacon LLC’s finance and operations teams. Prior to Office Beacon LLC, Tina held a senior management position at the corporate offices of CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate services company. Tina also worked for The Walt Disney Company. In her years at Disney, Tina was first a Corporate Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis. Tina also served as a Senior Manager of Financial Forecasting and Report for The Walt Disney Internet Group. Tina was an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche in both Los Angeles and Toronto, Canada, in the firm’s high-tech and emerging businesses group.

Tina obtained her Canadian Charted Accountant designation along with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Management from Brock University in St. Catherines, Canada.

Tushar Puri has over thirteen years experience in the field of information technology. Tushar is based in Los Angeles, California, and he is responsible for guiding our India-based software development team. With his knowledge of a vast number of technologies, Tushar also regularly interfaces with clients to understand their software needs. Prior to joining Office Beacon LLC, he managed software projects for IBM Consulting, General Electric and the Walt Disney Internet Group.

Tushar has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering; PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI); Microsoft Certification; Six Sigma Certification and is currently completing his MBA at California State University, Northridge. He was also awarded the prestigious GE Americas Award.

C.J. Thakkar, also brings a wealth of administrative, government regulatory and operations management experience to Office Beacon LLC. C.J. has operational/administrative oversight responsibility at our India-based facility. Prior to Office Beacon LLC, C.J. started his career by working with the World Health Organization. He then went on to join India’s largest nationalized bank, the Bank of India, where he spent over thirty years. At the Bank of India, C.J. had responsibilities ranging from managing various branches with 60-70 staff each to providing management leadership to more than fifty bank’s branches. During the course his tenure at the bank, C.J. was also a representative of the Bank of India Officers’ Organization and helped to address issues facing the industry as whole.

C.J. holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Com) and a degree in law (LLB) from M.S. University of Baroda, India. He is also a certified Cost Accountant.
