How much does it cost?

To receive our current rate sheet, email a request to sales@officebeacon.com.
If you are a high volume customer (greater than 10 art jobs daily), please remember to ask us
about our High Volume Preferred Pricing programs.

If your company requires art processing of more than 10 files daily, please contact us for information
on our High Volume Preferred Pricing Plans.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments on our website via VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER. You will be asked to enter your payment details at the time of order submission. However, we do not take payment until we have completed and sent you confirmation of your completed order. Once we have completed your order, we will email you a completed order confirmation email as well as an electronic receipt of your payment.

For your convenience, you may download our Credit Card Authorization Form. Please CLICK HERE to download the form. Please complete the information and fax or email it back to the contact address provided.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

How and Why to Use Office Beacon LLC
How do I submit my jobs?

(1) Log-in to your Office Beacon LLC account from our homepage.
(2) Choose your order type (art or digitizing) and enter instructions for our artists or digitizers.
(3) Upload your original artwork and submit your order with payment details.

How do I know Office Beacon LLC can do my work?

Office Beacon LLC handles in excess of 1 million files annually and employs over 800 highly skilled graphic artists. We maintain the highest standard for producing quality graphic art for our customers

What art file formats do you support?

Office Beacon LLC licenses the latest software and can accept any PC or Mac-based file format.We use all popular graphics software including Adobe Illustrator, Corel, Quark, Freehand amongst many others. If we don't have your required format listed here, please ask us.

What digitizing file formats do you support?

We support all file formats including Wilcom (emb), Tajima (dst), Tajima (dsz and dsb).  If we don't have your required file format listed here, please ask us.

How long does it take to complete my work?

Our turnaround times vary from 1-2 hour rush jobs to 24 hours.

What if I need my file back in a hurry?

Office Beacon LLC offers a variety of rush options. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

How do I know the status of my job?

You can view job status by logging into our online system.

What if my artwork changes?

If your artwork should require a revision or addition, simply log on to your secured account page and submit the revision. Otherwise, call or email us.

What do you charge for revisions?

Your first basic revision is free for each order. Additional revisions are charged at 25% of the job rate.

What file format will you return to me?

Unless otherwise specified, your artwork will be completed returned to you in the format it was uploaded in.

Can I fax or email my order instead?

You can fax order details to (866) 570-8052 (Attention: Support Team) or email us at support@officebeacon.com

How will I get my order back?

You will be notified via email that your work has been completed. You can then either download the file from the link provided in the email or download the file from your secure Office Beacon LLC account
